! BREAKING MY T.O.S FROM ANY OF THE LISTED CATEGORIES MAY LEAD TO VARYING ACTIONS RANGING FROM MILD WARNINGS TO BLOCKS AND BANNING FROM GETTING ANY KIND OF MY WORK !

𓇼 GENERAL ! 𓇼

  • I can refuse to do a commission if I'm unable to draw the character or for any other reason

  • no canceling the commission after the wip and payment is send

  • finishing the work might take me from 3 days to 1-2 weeks depending on the type of the commission (feel free to ask me about the status of the commission, I sometimes forget to send an update; I'll inform you about any time delays)

  • I'm allowed to use the drawing to promote myself and my art on social media and post it anywhere

  • one half of the payment after seing a sketch/lineart and other after I finish your piece

  • please attach a ref sheet (high quality!) with pallete and (if needed) any reference for pose/background

  • I don't do NSFW/fetish art etc.

  • payment methots: PayPal, Ko-Fi, Revolut, bank transfer/BLIK (PL only)

CAN DO: feral cats, anthro cats and dogs
CANNOT DO: humans, mechafeel free to ask about creatures that aren't listed !

𓇼 ART ! 𓇼

YOU MAY:

  • use it as your profile picture or banner or anything you want (it's yours!) excl. listed in "you may not" as long as credit is given

  • print it, make a sticker with it, etc. for personal use only

  • resell the character with my art

YOU MAY NOT:

  • post my work unless it was made for you

  • use my art as NFT etc.

  • sell it as merch/prints etc.

  • delete/erase my watermark

  • change value of my art (higher nor lower)

𓇼 DESIGN ! 𓇼

YOU MAY:

  • resell the design

  • make minor changes (eg. adding accesories, addind/deleting markings)

  • have a design with somebody else (CO owning) (please inform me about this!)

  • use for roleplay, personal stories, mascots etc. (tbh it's so cute to see that you like the design I made and I love to follow how are they doing!)

YOU MAY NOT:

  • change value of the design (when it doesn't have any other art)

  • buying a design for somebody else without previously informing me
